User agreement

This agreement is concluded between the owners of the site (hereinafter - the site administration), providing access and services to the site funtime.ua (hereinafter - the site), and an individual - who visited the pages of the site or used at least one of the services provided within the site (hereinafter - the site visitor).

The user agreement regulates the use of resources, services, site capabilities provided by the site administration for receiving, posting information and communication.

1. Site Visitor

1.1. A visitor to the site is any individual who came and viewed at least one page of the site without prior registration and authorization on the site.

1.2. A visitor who has registered and logged in using unique individual data becomes a user of the site (hereinafter - the user).

1.3. The user has access to the advanced features provided within the site.

1.4. In order to use the resources, services, capabilities of the site, the user must first agree to the user's agreement. The user has no right to use the site if he has not accepted the terms of the agreement.

1.5. The visitor has no right to use the services of the site and can not accept the terms of the user's agreement, if he has not reached the statutory age for concluding such agreements; or has not fulfilled other conditions for concluding similar agreements provided by the legislation.

2. Use of site materials

2.1. Only registered visitors - users of the site can use the interactive resources of the site, leave feedback, comment on materials, publish their own materials and conduct online communication.

2.2. The user has the right to: post messages, reviews, comment on posts, use the resources of the site in another way that does not contradict the basics of its activities.

2.3. Copyright for site materials, resources, services, unless otherwise stated, belong to the site administration.

2.4. Copying of site materials without the written consent of the administration is prohibited.

2.5. Partial citation of site materials on an irregular basis is allowed with a mandatory link to the source page of the citation (not more than 5% of the total material).

2.6. All names, trademarks, symbols and slogans registered in the prescribed manner are the property of their rightful owners. The site materials do not use the ® and / or ™ icons to denote them.

3. Rules for writing reviews and commenting

3.1. When writing reviews and comments, the user must follow the rules and restrictions.

3.2. Ignorance of the rules, including restrictions on the placement of information and use of site resources, does not release the visitor (including the user) of the site from their implementation, and in case of violation in accordance with this agreement and the legislation of Ukraine.

3.3. The site prohibits:

3.3.1. Use of feedback form for other purposes;

3.3.2. Offensive behavior towards other visitors, representatives of the site administration;

3.3.3. Placing obscene remarks;

3.3.4. Publication of messages in order to provoke a sharp reaction of other participants of the resource;

3.3.5. Placement of unauthorized advertising, commercial messages or advertisements;

3.3.6. Posting materials that contain offensive expressions, signs of discrimination on the basis of nationality, ethnicity, race or religion;

3.3.7. Unauthorized posting by the user of materials, copyrights to which belong to third parties;

3.3.8. Promotion of computer and audio-video piracy in any form, publication of links to files and / or sites that directly infringe or contribute to the copyright infringement of third parties (torrent trackers, file sharers, varez sites);

3.3.9. Creating accounts in which the username imitates service names (Administrator, Moderator, etc.);

3.3.10. Use of capital letters, punctuation marks and special characters in the texts of messages, except in cases that are regulated by the rules of the language used;

3.3.11. Publication of calls for forcible change or overthrow of the constitutional order, seizure of state power; to change the state border of Ukraine; to pogroms, destruction of property, seizure of buildings or structures; to aggression or the resolution of a military conflict; other actions and publication of any messages prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine;

3.3.12. Posting messages (reviews, comments) that repeat in full, in part or in content and content previous messages (discussions, comments), including those deleted by the site administration on the basis of this Agreement.

3.4. The site does not welcome the posting of messages devoid of information load, not related to the subject of the resource.

4. Responsibility for posting materials

4.1. Within the site, users are provided with a platform for communication (reviews, commenting system, etc.). Any user can express their opinion on the subject of the site.

4.2. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information posted in the public sections of the site (reviews, comments, etc.) lies solely with its author.

4.3. Public sections of the site are subject to postmoderation - verification by the moderator (authorized representative of the site administration) after posting.

4.4. A visitor who considers the information on the site to be in direct violation of someone else's interests and the user who posted the information may contact the site administration to resolve any discrepancies caused by the information posted on the site. Such visitors and / or users are obliged in advance to try to resolve controversial issues on their own, by communicating within the site, by taking reasonable measures.

4.5. The site administration has the right to terminate the user's agreement at any time, including if the user has violated any provision of the agreement or taken actions that clearly indicate that the user does not intend or is unable to comply with the terms of the agreement.

4.6. The moderator, in case the user violates the terms of this provision, may delete the posted information, feedback, comment; block account; deny user access to the site or exclude access to some features of the site.

4.7. Clearly reasoned objection to the actions of moderators is possible by communicating with the site administration.

5. Confidentiality Agreement

5.1. The procedure for collecting, using and disclosing information that may be considered confidential is based on the Confidentiality Agreement.

5.2. By accepting the terms of this agreement or visiting the pages of the site, the visitor automatically agrees to the terms of the Privacy Agreement regarding the use of personalized and impersonal confidential information, respectively.

5.3. Collection, storage, use, processing, disclosure of information received by the site administration as a result of visiting a private person (visitor or user) its sites and / or filling out registration forms, including personal data of users, is carried out by the site administration in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. The individual (visitor or user) is aware of and agrees to the collection and processing of their personal data by the site administration within the framework and for the purposes provided by the terms of the Privacy Agreement in accordance with the laws of Ukraine; undertakes to notify the site administration in writing of changes in his personal data.

6. Processing and storage of your personal data

6.1. We make every effort to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and take organizational and technical measures to protect personal data. In certain cases, the site administration interacts with its partners to process personal data and transfer this data to them. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate measures are taken to protect such data. This means that we do not transfer any data to partners whose data retention rules seem questionable to us, or if we know that such rules differ significantly from the terms of this Agreement.

6.2. We can store two types of personal data:

6.2.1. Identification data, including name, surname and IP address;

6.2.2. Contact details, including user email.

6.3. We process personal data for several reasons:

6.3.1. So that visitors to the site have the opportunity to leave feedback and comments using our site (if they have such a desire).

6.3.2. To ensure the operation of services (for example, show current ads).

6.3.3. That visitors of a site had an opportunity to receive our newsletter with a subscription.

6.3.4. That we had an opportunity to collect statistics. We need statistics for two reasons: to see if our services are available to site visitors, and to understand how site visitors use our services, thereby making the services more user-friendly based on observations.

6.3.5. We use the data received from you (name and surname, email address for information distribution), only with your consent to the rules of processing such data.

6.4. The retention times of different data may vary.

6.4.1. Personal data that allows us to analyze the availability of services is stored for several years.

6.4.2. Personal information that allows you to leave comments and / or feedback is stored until you stop using these features.

6.4.3. The personal data we hold is not used to personalize anything anywhere (in legal terms, this means that we do not create any automated solutions and do not create any profiles based on this data).

6.5. The user has the right to change his personal data if they are incomplete and / or incorrect.

6.6. The user of the site can delete his personal data from the site at any time. To do this, send an e-mail with the subject "Deletion of personal data" to contact@funtime.ua.

7. Cookies

7.1. To make site visits easier, to track site visits and to improve the service, we collect a small amount of information sent from your browser, so-called cookies. If you wish, you may not send cookies (please refer to your browser settings to learn how to do so). However, please note that disabling the ability to send cookies may limit your ability to use the site.

8. Final provisions

8.1. By filling out the registration form on the site, the visitor automatically accepts the terms of this Agreement.

8.2. The visitor accepts the terms of the Agreement in case of actual use of the site. In this case, the user understands and agrees that the administration of the site will consider the fact of use by the user of the site as consent to the terms of the Agreement from the relevant time.

8.3. The activity of the site administration is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Any claims, disputes and official appeals will be considered only in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Ukraine.

8.4. The site administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages incurred by Visitors, Users or third parties, as well as for lost profits as a result of the site funtime.ua.

8.5. The User agrees that he is solely responsible (and that the site administration is not liable to the user or any third parties) for any breach by the user of its obligations under this Agreement, as well as for all consequences of such violations (including any -what losses or damage that may be incurred by the site administration).
